1. Privacy Policy (Global)
Logan Entertainment LLC (“Logan”) collects, uses, shares, retains,
and protects personal information in order to operate its dating
application, website, live events, and related services.
Collected data includes account identifiers, profile content,
images, messages, usage data, approximate location, device data,
and information from payment, analytics, safety, and moderation

delivery, matchmaking, safety, fraud prevention, analytics,

2. California Privacy Rights (CPRA / CCPA)
California residents have the right to access, correct, delete,
and limit the use of personal information. Logan does not sell
personal data and does not discriminate against users exercising
these rights.
3. GDPR & UK GDPR Addendum
For users located in the EU or UK, personal data is processed
under lawful bases including consent, contract necessity,
legitimate interests, and legal obligations. Users may exercise
rights including access, correction, deletion, portability,
objection, and regulatory complaint
4. In-App Privacy Summary
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service safely.
Users control what they share. Accounts can be deleted at any
time. We do not sell personal data.
5. Account Deletion Policy
Users may delete accounts through in-app settings or by contacting
Remaining data is deleted or anonymized unless retention is
required by law or for safety purposes.
6. Terms of Service (Steel-Plated)
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.
Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that interactions occur at
their own risk. Logan does not conduct criminal background checks
and makes no representations regarding user conduct.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Logan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Logan harmless
from claims arising from misuse, violations, or interactions with
other users.
Governing Law: Delaware law governs these Terms. Venue: Exclusive
venue in Delaware courts. Arbitration: Mandatory binding
arbitration for disputes, with class action waiver.
7. Community Standards & Enforcement
Harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams,
impersonation, and violence are prohibited. Content is reviewed
using automated systems and human moderators. Logan may remove
content or permanently ban accounts at its sole discretion.
7A. Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prohibition
Logan Entertainment LLC and the Met@Dinner platform maintain a
zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE). Any content, communication, imagery, or behavior involving
minors in sexual activity, sexual exploitation, grooming,
trafficking, or abusive conduct is strictly prohibited.
Met@Dinner is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18
years of age. We do not permit minors to create accounts or use
the platform.
Users are required to report any suspected child endangerment,
exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors using the
in-app reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by trained moderators
and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal,
and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where
required by law.
Logan actively cooperates with law enforcement and relevant child
protection organizations in cases involving credible threats or
evidence of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

8. AI & Algorithmic Transparency
Logan uses automated systems for matching, ranking, fraud
detection, and safety moderation. Human oversight applies to
decisions with material impact. No legally significant decisions
are made solely by automated processing.
9. Sexual Safety & Consent (Steel-Plated)
All sexual or intimate interactions must be based on affirmative,
voluntary, and ongoing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any
time
Logan disclaims responsibility for offline conduct and does not
guarantee user behavior. Users are solely responsible for their
interactions.
10. Law Enforcement Request Policy
User information is disclosed only pursuant to valid legal process
or emergency circumstances involving imminent risk of harm.
Where legally permitted, Logan notifies affected users prior to
disclosure.
